KEY LESSONS FROM 4- Hour Work Week

Tim Ferriss challenges the traditional "deferred life plan" of working for decades to retire late in life. It introduces the "New Rich" lifestyle, which focuses on leveraging currency, time, and mobility to live your dreams right now. The book provides a step-by-step framework—Definition, Elimination, Automation, and Liberation—to escape the 9-to-5 grind.

The Pareto Principle (80/20 Rule)
Most people waste time on "busy work" that yields little result, so you should identify the 20% of tasks that produce 80% of your desired outcomes. By ruthlessly cutting out the unproductive 80%, you can drastically reduce your work hours without losing income.

Relative Wealth vs. Absolute Wealth
A person earning $50,000 working 20 hours a week is "richer" than someone earning $100,000 working 80 hours because they have more freedom over their time. Real power comes from the ability to choose when, where, and how you live, rather than just the number in your bank account.
