The 2026-2027 HBCU Scholars Empowerment Program is a renewable, need-based scholarship offered by UNCF (United Negro College Fund) to support Black and African American undergraduate students attending four-year Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and Predominantly Black Institutions (PBIs).
Award Details: Renewable need-based scholarship.
Eligibility Requirements:
• Must be admitted to or enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student at an accredited U.S.-based four-year HBCU or Predominantly Black Institution (PBI) for the 2026-2027 academic year.
• Must have a minimum GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale, or show completion of a GED.
• Open to Black/African American students.
