2026-2027 LaFrancine Stallings Math & Science College Scholars – UNCF

The 2026-2027 LaFrancine Stallings Math & Science College Scholars program was created by UNCF in partnership with Dr. Ronald V. Stallings to provide renewable, need-based scholarships to undergraduate juniors pursuing degrees in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) at HBCUs and UNCF member institutions.

Award Amount: Up to $6,375 (renewable, need-based)

Eligibility Requirements:
• Must be enrolled full-time as an undergraduate junior for the 2026-2027 academic year.
• Must be pursuing a STEM major (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics).
• Must be attending a UNCF accredited Member Institution or another accredited HBCU.
• Must demonstrate financial need.
• Must meet all general UNCF scholarship application requirements.

Application Deadline: June 29, 2026

The LaFrancine Stallings Math & Science College Scholars program directly addresses the persistent underrepresentation of Black students in mathematics and the sciences.
