Uterine fibroids disproportionately affect Black women and contribute to reproductive health disparities. This paper presents a community-engaged model for educating and engaging Black women about uterine fibroids, integrating culturally tailored education, community partnerships, and intentional outreach to support shared decision-making and informed care-seeking.
