ICU nurse educator earns national 2026 Circle of Excellence Award

Elizabeth Koelliker, RN, an ICU nurse educator at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center, was named one of 25 national recipients of the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses' 2026 Circle of Excellence Award (announced May 21, 2026). She was recognized for creating a data-driven new-nurse onboarding framework that improved clinical confidence, mentorship, and patient-care competency within 12 weeks.
