Research Position — Stanford BAD Lab Afrocentric ELA Curriculum (Sept 2026–Sept 2027)

Stanford's Black Academic Development (BAD) Lab, led by Dr. Anne Charity Hudley, will post a one-year PhD-level academic-staff research position to develop a 5th-grade Afrocentric English Language Arts curriculum in partnership with an independent Afrocentric elementary school in Oakland, CA. Role begins September 2026 (flexible) for 12 months, in person in the Bay Area with regular weekly visits to the partner school.
